Bundesen turned to a | Juvenile Court judge today for | guidance in settling a controversy ! between Luis Ersing, 24, and Lanzarin Timoteo, 26, each of whom ! claims to be the father of the same set of twins. Dr. Bundesen, Chicago Health Board president, had intended to solve the problem himself, but de- | cided to seek court aid after a third | fruitless conference with the men and the mother of the babies. “Each will take nothing less than | both babies,” Dr. “They had agreed to abide by my decision, but there are too many questions involved for me to decide alone.”

NORTH TONAWANDA, N. Y. May 24 (U. P.).—A break in the mystery of the disappearance of 4-year-old Betty Jane Hobbs is expected by nightfall, Chief of Police Frederick A. Hoefert announced today. Important information, he said, has been uncovered which “will set us on the right track.” He refused to divulge the nature of the findings. The girl disappeared last Friday. After her white shoes and brown jacket were. found in a weed field, police had believed she might have been slain.
