Only 12 Indiana employers have not filed all the records of their employees’ earnings for 1937 as required under the State Unemployment Compensation Law, Clarence A. Jackson, Unemployment Compensation Division director, announced today. He said 9400 other employers have filed, exemplifying “the excellent co-operation which employers have given the Unemployment Compensation Division.” Ten of the 12 owe reports for only one quarter and two for three quarters, he said. For the same period of 1937 he reported, 306 employers have not made their monthly payments to the State Unemployment Compensation Division, and of this number 16 have filed no compensation re-

Miss Janet Shaw, League for the Hard of Hearing director, will present the trophy at the conclusion of the contest.
FRANKLIN, May 19.—The Franklin College choir is to make its final out-of-town appearance May 22 at the First Baptist Church in Indianapolis. Glenn M. Seitz is to be the offertory soloist. Special guests at the 7:30 p. m. service are to be Franklin College alumni.
