BACK 19 YEARS LATER SEATTLE, May 5 (U. P.).—Nineteen years ago in Waterloo, Mrs. Helen V. Olds put a 1918 Lincoln head penny in circulation. Recently she made a purchase here and in her change was the same penny. Mrs. Olds’ brother gave her the penny in 1917. It had a hole in the rim and peculiar markings on the back.
