By June 3, Indiana elementary and high schools will have grad-

| pupils are to be graduated from nine township high schools, J. Malcolm Dunn, county superintendent, said. Ben Davis is to- have the largest number with 135 in the senior class. Southport has 126 to graduate and Warren Central 100. Unable to speak at a large number of commencements, Governor Townsend prepared a message for all Indiana grade and high. school graduates. He urged the youths to “be useful and render some kind of service to

1 others. It makes no difference how

humble your services may be, it is important. You may fill only a small niche, and your service may only be that of acting as a good citizen, but it is important, just as important in the big general ‘plan of civilization as anybody else’s service.”
