but not the rind, and put ham in open roasting pan fat side up. Cover with inside wrapper. Bake in 300° F. oven, 16 to 18 minutes per pound. One hour before done, remove rind, pour off fat, and score. Make paste of brown sugar, orange juice, and grated orange rind; spread over surface and complete bak-
ing. Garnish with orange slices and
