FORD COMPANY ASKS ~NEW NLRB HEARING

CINCINNATI, O., April 6 (U. PJ). —The Ford Motor Co. has petitioned the U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals here for an order requiring the Na- _ tional Labor Relations Board to reopen its hearing on the Ford case. Early this year the Board ordered the company to reinstate certain . discharged employes, ta cease alleged intimidation of employees and to withdraw its influence from the Ford Brotherhood of America. The company said in its petition that it wished to introduce further evidence - before the Board that would show it had not been guilty of discrimination among its: employees. o
