These writings by the President constitute a series of expert special articles upon every vital phase of government,

In point of time, they embrace the period from Mr. Roosevelt’s first election up to 1937.

The President’s comments, which will appear daily, are entirely new and exclusive. They have never

before been published, m any magazine or else-

where. And they will not be published again until

the issuance of the President’s books, after the

newspaper series. 1S concluded.
