Commercial Freight, Inc., has acquired the Denny Motor Transfer Co. under the name of Commercizs Freight, Inc., of Indiana, it was announced today by company officials, who said the purchase was approved in U. S. District Court at Louisville. Denny company assets acquired included 235 trucks, tractors and trailers. With its purchase Commercial Freight, Inc., is to offer service throughout Indiana, Ohio, |: Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee.
