FORMER LOCAL BAPTIST PASTOR 1S DEAD IN EAST

The Rev. P. H. Hughes Also Was Connected With <Y’ And Wheeler Mission.

The Rev. P. H. Hughes, former pastor of the Exeter Baptist Church here, died Monday at Binghamton, N. Y., according to word received here. J Funeral and burial are to be heid at Columbus, O., tomorrow. At the time of his death he was dean of men at the Practical Bible Training School at Binghamton. The Rev. Mr. Hughes has served as Y. M. C. A. secretary here. He later became director of transient service at Wheeler City Rescue Mission Surviving is a son, the Rev. Joseph |} Hughes, a student at the training school.
