Storm, the man who built the Texas Prisons electric chair, | in which 185 felons have died in 14] years, was excused from jury today | because he does not believe in cap- | ital punishment. Mr. Storm was | called with other prospective jurors | in a murder case, Fifteen years ago Mr. Storm was emploved as master mechanic by | the state at Huntsville, where the | prison is located. To him fell the | task of designing and constructing | the electric chair. He now is a construction engineer for an oil company here.
