Mrs. Grace Wasson Bates, who died Wednesday at Pasadena, Cal,
is to be brought here for burial fol- |
lowing funeral services in Pasadena this afternoon. She was 62. Mrs. Bates, a civic leader here for many years, was the daughter of the founder of H. P. Wasson & Co. Her first husband, Edward L. McKeg, was founder and president of the old Merchants Heat & Light Co. and vice president of Indiana National Bank. She had been nia with her husband, Hervey Bates Jr., since November, Besides the husband, a son, Hiram W. McKee, Indianapolis, survives.
