WASHINGTON, Jan. 13 (U.P). The Internal Revenue Bureau ruled today that strike benefits paid by

~The Indianapolis Bar Association Judiciary committee is to appeal to the Indiana Bar Association for cooperation in a state-wide fight to obtain nonpartisan election of os. Thomas D. Stevenson, pres1GEER, announced today. The committee named last week has begun a study of methods to effect the change, and is studying procedure of other states, he said. Mr. Stevenson said no constitutional change would be necessary. He predicted the nonpartisan judiciary campaign would be successful with the co-operation of the state bar group. Committee members are Russell J. Ryan, former Superior Court judge, chairman; Joseph J. Daniels, member of the law firm of Baker & Daniels; Paul G. Davis, former city attorney; Fred C. Gause, former Supreme Court judge, and Frank B. Ross, former Probate Court judge.
