Malloch, Brockway, Brady Take New Positions With Indiana National.

Three new vice presidencies today had been created by the Indiana National Bank board of directors, Arthur V. Brown, president, announced today. Robert B. Malloch, Clarence T. Brady and C. Merle Brockway, for- . merly assistant cashiers, were elected to the new positions. Carl C. Koepper and Frank W., Durgan were appointed assistant cashiers. Other officers were re-elected. They are: Mr. Brown, president; Gwynn F. Patterson, Edward D. Moore, William P. Flynn, Harrv R. Fuller, vice presidents, and R. Mallott Fletcher, vice president and cashier. Paul C. CITY TO OFFER NEW AMPORT CONTRACT

Nish Dienhart, Municipal Airport superintendent, and M. J. Johnson, airport engineer, were in Washington today to submit an amended City is willing to spend $60,000 of a Government radio experimental station at the airport. They were to advise the U. S. Department of Commerce that the city is willing to spend $60,000 of which $40,000 would be for construction of a building. The balance would be used for construction of runways as specified by the Department. Signing of the contract was delayed recently when R. C. Gazley, planning division chief of the Commerce Department, was here. City officials at that time could not de¢ide on materials to be used in the runways.

$12,000 PAID TO FUND BY EXCISE DIVISION

The State Excise Enforcement Division paid more than $12,000 into the Alcoholic Beverages Commission during 1937, Hugh Barnhart, Excise administrator, announced today. Nine thousand dollars was in penalties for law violations: $1586.13 was derived from the sale of automobiles seized transporting illegal liquor and $1710.60 from the sale ot beverages illegally possessed.
