VACANT HOUSE FIRE CALLED INCENDIARY
Fire Department officials today said they believed a fire which late yesterday caused $900 damage to the vacant house at 5452 N. Pennwas of incendiary origin. They said the home formerly was occupied by the William H. Tennyson family, now in California. Firemen said the blaze started in a closet on the first floor of the
two and one-half story brick structure.

J. Albert Smith, 2218 N. Mb. ridian St, today had been named new trust officer of the Fidelity Trust Co. Mr. Smith (above) was the only new official elected at the annual meeting of the board of directors yesterday. All other officers were re-elected. Frank E. McKinney, president, reported a 30 per cent increase in bank deposits over a year ago. Deposits now total $3,827,832. He
