Barking Brings Aid After 36 ~~ Hours_in Haystack. DENVER, Colo.; Dec. 22 (U. P.).— Mrs. Mabel Dillenback, who disappeared while doing her Christmas shopping, owed her life today to the curious and belligerent farm dogs which found her under a haystack.

POWER FIRM SEEKS TO DROP CITY HEA

The Northern Indiana Power Co. today had filed petitions: with the | Indiana Public Service Commission for authority to discontinue steamheating service in four cities. The cities involved are Kokomo, Huntington, Noblesville and Rochester. The petition states that the company has been receiving insufficient revenue from the users to pay the actual cost of giving service. Authority to abandon the service at the end of the present heating
season in May, 1938, is being sought.
