100 Club Entries Expected in
Annual Crow Control Contest
With 26 entries already received, Virgil M. Simmens, State Conservation Department commissioner, today estimated that about 100 conservatioh clubs would be enrolled by the time the fifth annual crew centrol
contest opens Jan. 1.

will not be covered by snow. Such feeding stations should be located close to natural cover. A small pile of gravel or grit should be placed at each station, he added, as this is 2 necessary part of & bird's diet and cannot be obtained when the ground is frozen.
