EDWARD JOSEPH HARTZER, 1322 N. Alabama St., City Plan Commission employee, died yesterday in the Veteran's Administration Hospital. He was 42. Funeral services are to be held at 9 a. m, tomorrow in SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral, with burial in Holy . Cross cemetery. Mr. Hartzer was born in South Bend and came to Indianapolis five years ago.
