The work to be constructed as per plans | and specifications prepared by Russell Moore Co., Consulting Engineers, consisting of the following: Administration Building and Pump House, Imhoff Tanks, apckhing "ilter, Secondary Settling Tank, Sludge rying Beds, Outside Station Piping, Pumps and Inside Piping, Electrical and Plant Site Grading.
