President Roosevelt's Sunday eveme “fireside chat” is to be followed by another radio appearance of the Chief Executive at noon tomorrow over NBC-WLW and OBBWFBM. Secretary of Agriculture Henry A. Wallace and Harry Brown, Assistant Secretary of Agriculture also are to be heard on the broadcast which is to originate at George Washington's home at Mount Vernon, Va. The broadcast is to climax a three-day celebration in observance of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Department of Agriculture and the Land Grant Colleges and the 50th anniversary of establishment of state agricultural experiment stations. The President's address is to be heard during the Land Grant College program, a regular feature on the National Farm and Home Hour,
