$157,700 CVIL CITY FUND PLEA GIVEN APPROVAL
State Tax Board Also Puts 0. K. on Request Made By County.
The State Tax Board today approved a $157,769.59 additional appropriations for the Civil City of Indianapolis to cover current operating expenses. Included was $149.443.29, the City received Oct. 2 in a Zasoline tax distribution. The rest of the money came from fund transfers and unexpended 1936 balances. In granting the appropriation, the Tax Board sliced $60 off the City's original request because the City nad not listed the amount in 1ts published budget, The State Board also today approved an additional appropriation for Marion ‘County totaling $25.-
