She Killed him because “I was sure he was going to Kill my mother.” She will be arraigned in Children's Court on a technical charge of juvenile delinquency. There is no provision in New York law to charge a child under 16 with murder. Mrs. Minnie Breitfeller, 34, defended her daughter. RETIRED PATROLMAN WILL VISIT BUDDIES

Patrolman H. Harry Cooney, 54, a member of the Indianapolis Police Departmer ince March 3, 1891, today was retired on pension. He lives at 1071 Ritter Ave, Mr. Cooney served in early days as a bicycle patrolman and on horse-drawn emergency wagons, on each of which he was injured in| wrecks.
