Warden Lewis E. Lawes of Sing Sing Prison returns to the air tonight with a new series of programs, “Behind Prison Bars,” to be heard at 9 o'clock over the NBC -Blue. Mr. Lawes will depart from his custom in the “Twenty Thousand Years in Sing Sing” series in allowing members of the studio audience to participate. Questions on the causes and prevention of crime from penologists and others in the studio wil! be answered immediately by Warden Lawes, Warden Lawes also plans to select one question received in the week's mail and answer it by means of a dramatized episode,
