The program for the 84th annual convention of the Indiana State Teachers Association was announced today by the executive committee.

More than 6000 fugitives from justice were located last vear through the Federal Bureau of Investigation Identification division, Harold H. Reinecke, in charge of the bureau here told Indianapolis Press Club members last night. Mr. Reinecke recounted his experiences in the Bureau's investigation of several famous kidnaping cases.
