Life Policies Not Affected By Stock Market, View.

Paul Speicher, Insurance Research and Review Service managing editor, praised life insurance as a stabilizer of economic ups and downs when he addressed a luncheon session today of the Indianapo-

INSURANGE STABILITY

lis Association of Lite Underwriters at the Claypool Hotel.

“The recent sharp decline in the stock market again points out the fact that for the average investor who does not have a speculative fund the stock market is a dangerous playground,” he said.

“Unless the investor can take it on the chin when a stock market haymaker comes his way, he is better off in the safer fields of conservative investment. “Wall Street antics do not affect the stability of life insurance, which is the most widely diversified and widely distributed investment in the United States.”
