The Grand Jury probe into local gambling activities was to continue today as four volunteer witnesses appeared ‘to testify. Forty witnesses subpenaed on orders of Criminal Court Judge Frank P. Baker, have testified. . Henry O. Goett, deputy prosecutor, would not say whether indictments would be returned. He said however, if there were any, they probably would be handed down Saturday.
