Engineers’ surveys, however, showed it would be more economical to equip several rooms with outlets.

Consequently, seven surgery rooms were ordered equipped with the cooling system. Any one of them may be transformed into a heat prostration ward on short notice.

When a bus driver opened the baggage compartment of his bus here yesterday he found tucked in a corner two grimy-faced Chicago boys who said they were on their way to Pittsfield, Pa., and chose that method of transportation as an economy measure.
