Forrest Jacoby and three members of his bandit gang must serve prison terms as a result of an Indiana Supreme Court decision yesterday upholding Marion County Criminal Court sentences. Jacoby must serve 25 years, Jerry Duke 15 years and John and Alphonse Head, 10 to 25 years. The Supreme Court denied their plea that the sentences were illegal because they were denied separate trials in the County court. The high court ruled that the right to separate trials was up to the discretion of the trial court. .
