Judge Nelson McVicar decided that the song, “When Tour Road Leads My Way,” had not led Nick Lucas, radio and screen singer, into a breach of contract suit. The suit of Frank Stasio and Ralph Anthony, two Canonsburg, Pa.. vouths, charging Lucas with | breach of contract, was dismissed on the grounds that the evidence did not show a claim existed. ; “| After the dismissal of the suit women on the fury and others who had been in the courtroom stopped Lucas and asked him to sing. He obliged by singing “Tip Toe Through the Tulips.” ’
