Yesterday he was a prosecutNE huness, Today he was charged ' perjury and is peing held under $5000 bond. Judge Karabell ordered him arrested In court when he refused to desist In a gambling case against men against whom he had sign the affidavit. - Snes He told the court he “was just mad at the time” because he had - lost $75 in a dice game. The case against seven members of 2 gypsy band was dismissed in Municipal Court yesterday when 22-year-old Teresa Daniels, who had told detectives she had been forced to travel with them, decided to go with them after all. —————
