Must Women Lose Their
Charm After 457
After 45 all women go through that inevitable change—the Menopause or '‘Change of Life.” To many, this time of life is one of fear—the fear of losing their charm and attractiveness. This fear is aggravated by the misérable symptoms associated with the ““Change”—the hot flushes, chills, dizzy spells, depression, violent headaches, ‘nerves,” irritability. There is no real foundation for fear after 45. There is no reason why women past 45 should not be just as charming, Just as attractive, just as, much sought-after as in their early thirties. Three new types of auto licenses,
issued under acts passed by the re-
cent Legislature, today were being
sent to State branch bureaus for distribution, according to Frank Finney, Auto License Bureau head. Tags for auto transport operators, revised bus licenses and new tags for house cars were included in the shipments, he said. No estimate of revenue expected from the three divisions has been made by the motor vehicle division. Transport licenses for operators who drive new cars from factories to dealers cost $70 for two pair and $10 for each additional pair. House car tags sells for $5. Trailer tags obtained this year should be exchanged for the new plates, Mr. Finney said. Enforcement on new regulations is to start within 30 days, according to Don F. Stiver, State Safety Director. | Bulletins are to be sent to each State Police barracks immediately. House cars have operated under trailer licenses during the past, Mr. Finney said. New licenses are for vehicles used for- living quarters. Out of state vehicles are given a 60-day grace period, he explained.
