Thousands of property owners whose taxes are delinquent failed to take advantage of tax moratorium | law passed by the 1937 Legislature, | records in the county treasurer's office disclosed today. { Only 4750 property owners signed moratorium applications before the deadline March 15. Sale of properties for which no moratorium was granted, has been set for April 12. Deputy treasurers today were com- | piling a list of properties to he off- | ered for sale.
