Fight hundred children and 200 adults are to take part in the Easter sunrise carol service on Monument Circle, Mrs. Henry Ostrom, general chairman, said today. This will be the 15th annual event, Mrs. James M. Ogden founded the service in January, 1923, in memory of her son, James M. Ogden Jr. The annual program sponsored by the Ogden Junior Chorale, More than [70 churches, schodls, business firms and other agencies are co-operating in this year’s event, Mrs. Ostrom said.
