Times Special WASHINGTON, Jan. 15.—John Scott, formerly of Gary, Ind. special Assistant Attorney Cenerdl oppose Newton D. Baker in arguing the consolidated Public Works Administration power cases in District Court of Appeals here Feb. 9. Agreement has been reached to combine five cases of the Alabama Power Co. and the Iowa City Power & Light Co. so that they can be hastened to final appeal in the United States Supreme Court.
