Appointment of a general advisory committee to administer the State’s services to crippled children under the Federal Social. Security Act, was announced today by Wayne ' Coy, State Public Welfare Department acting director. Action followed approval yesterday of the State’s program by the Children’s Bureau of the United States Department of Labor.
