Thirty-five members of Congress have accepted invitations to the dinner session ‘Friday, Jan. 22. Mr. McNutt was named today to head the Indiana delegation. Other members are Senator Jacob Weiss, Indianapolis, and Rep. Williath Treadway, Spencer, both attorneys. The committee was named after adoption of a resolution by the Legislature yesterday authorizing Indiana representation. Urging the States to unite as “good neighbors” to attack problems of mutual concern, Mr. McNutt sent the following telegram to the Council of State Governments’ offices at Chicago: “Social security, taxation, crime— three of the most momentous questions in the course of government —face us squarely today. They, among other pressing problems, can { only be solved through co-operation among the States and with the Federal Government. week's pay . just won't reach,

Why "ot take Bill's tip.

BILL'S TIP WAS SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE

Last week Bill found that his pay check would not reach. But immediately he telephoned Commonweeclth, explained his situation and made arrangements to call at the office for

the money he needed.

He got the cash on

just his note. Co-makers, endorsers, wage assignments, furniture, diamonds or other security were not required. Elated, he passed the tip on to his close friends.

There are thousands of single persons and married couples like Bill, whose only security for a loan is their ability to make regular monthly payments. To them, Commonwealth offers the famous Promise-to-Pay Plan. No endorsers or security of any kind required.

Commonwealth's charges are surprisingly low. On all loans above $100, they are substan7 Hally less than those provided by law. This same low cost applies to auto financing and

other types of loans. Two downtown offices are provided for your convenience. You may stop in, write, or telephone for further information.
