Only three minor traffic accidents were reported yesterday, but police arrested 46 motorists for alleged traffic violations. Merle Sare, 46, Orleans, was arrested on a charge of disobeying a traffic signal after his automobile collided with one driven by Marie

ASKS PAYMENT FOR CHRISTMAS SEALS

The Marion County Tuberculosis Association today asked all persons who used Christmas Seals this year

. and have not settled for them to

do so at once.. Miss Mary A. Meyers, association executive secretary, pointed out that the organization is held accountable for all seais issued. - Sunnyside Sanatorium patients and employees were responsible for the sale of $676 worth of the seals and $315 worth . were bought by others who, wanted the credit to go to the sanatorium.

MANUAL CLASS DAY TO BE HELD FRIDAY

MRS. MUENCH DENIED BAIL ST. LOUIS, Jan. 7.—Mrs. Nelle Tipton Muench and three codefendants in the so-called “baby case” were denied an application for bail today pending outcome of an appeal from their mail fraud conviction.

She thought some of the birds would go well with the Walker farm at Northport, L. I.
