By public acquisition of farms, and lease to individuals? 5. What are the possibilities of co- | operative farming by tenants? | 6. What interest rates and amor- | ization plans should be applied to overnment loans to tenant farmers or co-operatives? 7. What type of education is needed to help tenants become sucucessful owner-operators? 8. Can the present policies of the government in regard to farm credit, AAA benefits, be shaped to favor | farm ownership? |

Booth Tarkington today was back at his home at 4270 N. Meridian-st, where he is t» remain until early summer. His health is much improved. The Tarkington's arrived yesterday, a little earlier than scheduled, and are to spend a quiet New Year's at their home. Mr. Tarkington, through his wife, said he will spend part of the winter working on a new serial. However, for a few days he will rest from the trip from Kennebuck- , Me., his summer home, to Philadelphia, where he spent Christmas, and thence to Indianapolis. Mr. Tarkington was 67 July 29.
