Roberts, Norman Gordon, Senate secretary, and Edrd Beggs, House clerk. Mr, Heller and Mr. Beatty have been associated closely with Mr. Townsend as his secretaries, and Mr. Roberts was active in the Gov-crnor-elect’'s campaigns for nomina- | tion and election.
