The marriage of Miss Dorothy Merrill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elbridge Clarence Merrill, Fall River, Mass., to Dr. Wayne Lockwood Ritter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dwight S. Ritter, 4415 Broadway, is to take place Dec. 29, in the First Congregational Church in Fall River.
