VARNISH FIRM BUYS PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

The Indianapolis Varnish and Paint Co., Inc., has purchased the inventory( equipment and plant ot the Ebner-Myers Varnish Co. at 2245 Valley-av. Installation of equipment will not be completed until January, but manufacturing operations now are being conducted there. George C. Miles is president ana treasurer, and J. F.
