VARNISH FIRM BUYS PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
The Indianapolis Varnish and Paint Co., Inc., has purchased the inventory( equipment and plant ot the Ebner-Myers Varnish Co. at 2245 Valley-av. Installation of equipment will not be completed until January, but manufacturing operations now are being conducted there. George C. Miles is president ana treasurer, and J. F. Pentscher is secretary of the Indianapolis Varnish and Paint Co.
