He reiterated his warning today, however, that “gun jumpers” and ‘chiselers” face arrest. “Gun jumpers” are motorists who drive on a “change” light, frightening pedestrians. = “Chiselers” are drivers who stop over the yellow walking lane lines, forcing pedestrians to go around. Both types are dangerous, Capt. Johnson said, and create accident hazards.
