Marsh, American Automobile Association traffic and safety director, is one of four .nationally known speakers scheduled to address the Indiana Motor Traffic Association convention here Dec. 4 and § at the Antlers. | Mr. Marsh is to speak at a safety luncheon, Dec. 5. Other speakers, according to D. F. Mitzner, association secretary, include: Marion M. Caskie, Bureau of Motor Carriers, Interstate Commerce Commission; Wilbur. M. Bruckner, former Michigan governnor, and Ted V. Rodgers, American | Trucking Association president... Mr. Caskie is to open the: convention with a luncheon talk, and Mr. Bruckner and ‘Mr. Rodgers are to speak at the night program on the opening day. 3 A floor show and exhibits of trucks and trailers, are other con= vention features, Mr. Mitzner said.
