dedicated James E. Roberts School for Physically A Handicapped 'Chil-
dren, 10th and Oriental-sts, is to be |
organization’s participation ‘th the school’s construction. The foundation met extra costs on the school with a bequest of $60,166. Miss Betty Richart, 1010 N. Ala-bama-st, Butler University 0= more and graduate of the school, read an original poem in honor of the school’s work. Municipal Judge Wilfred Bradshaw, Twelfth District American Legion commander, presented gifts of equipment from service groups. Donors besides the Legion, which provided dental equipment, were: Gyro Club, state curtains; Kappa Kappa Kappa Sorority, occupational therapy equipment; Kiwanis Club, dining room furnishings; Murat Temple of the Mystic Shrine, reception room furnishings; Rotary Club, medical unit equipment and furnishings; Universal Club, etchings by George Mess; William C. McGuire and Wilbur B. Shook, the architects, hydrotherapy pool; John W. Holtzman, painting of Mrs. Roberts, and A. Weigand’s Sons Co. evergreen plantings.
