Construction of a new $10,000 filling station at 11th and Delawarests is to start sobn, it was announced
by Mrs. Ariana H. Bennett, whose petition before the Zoning Appelas | Board was granted yesterday. i The station is to be green porceJain structure with drives opening on both 11th and Delaware-sts. The Bennett petition was one of six granted in variance with the zoning code. One petition was denied and two were withdrawn.

Documents Are Uncovered in Suit to Prohibit Beer Sales.
Old plat covenants which were incorporated into deeds to land in Irvington more than 60 years ago, formed the basis of an injunction suit on file in Circuit Court today. The suit was brought by 12 property owners of Irvington against Philip Sorrentino and Virgil B. Louden. The action sets out that deed covenants prohibit the sale of intoxicating beverages on any property in the original plat of the Town of Irvington. The home owners charged in the suit that Mr. Sorrentino and Mr. Louden have violated the deed coveean by selling beer on their premes
