Times Special PRINCETON, Ind, Sept. 25— Criticising M. Clifford Townsend, Democratic nominee for Governor, and charging him with seeking “voter sympathy” for passage of the Social Security Act, L. O. Chasey, G. O. P. farm bureau director, spoke here last night at a Republican rally. Mr. Chasey’ charged the Social Security Act with “repealing the $1.50 tax limitation law.” “Seeking to win sympathy for himself he forgets that this act not

only repeals the tax limitation law’ 5

The Morgan Packing Co., Austin, Ind. today was charged with violating the National Labor Relations Act in a protest on file with the National Labor Relations’ Board. Nature. of the charges, filed yesterday by Joseph W. Wilson, Fort Wayne attorney and representative of the International Printing Pressmen and Assistant's Union, was not made public. Ivan C. Morgan, Republican state chairman and president of the company, said an attempt to organize 80 workers in the company’s printing plant was probable cause for the union's action.
