| FEDERAL GRAND JURY IS TO REPORT FRIDAY
The first report of the Federal grand jury, in session since Sept. 8, is to be made to, Judge Robert C. Baltzell tomorrow: Val Nolan, United States district atforney, said today. The jury is to feport on cases investigated from the Evansville, Terre Haute and New Albany divisions of the southern Indiana Federal Court district. The jury next week will consider ~ Indianapolis division cases, Mr. Nolan said.
