One tablespoon ‘butter, 1 spoon flour, % cup milk, 3 American cheese, 2 eggs. In a saucepan melt butter, add the flour then blend in milk. Add salt and pepper to taste Next add the cheese cut in quite small pieces and stir until cheese has completely melted Put this rich, creamy well-buttered ual baking dishes. Broiled Steak
Have steak cut one or two inches | thick. | Preheat the broiler oven thoro- | ughly to 350 degrees F. Place steak | on center of broiler rack with the top surface far enough from the | heat (or reduce the temperature) { so that the meat will not brown | too rapidly. | When steak is nicely browned on
