WIRE will furnish local outlet for President Roosevelt's address at 6 o'clock this evening over a coast-to-coast NBC network. The Presi dent, speaking from Chautauqua, N. Y, is to discuss foreign affairs. The Chief Executive and his party are in Western New York inspecting the’ territory which was ravaged by the floods of last spring.
