LAFAYETTE, Ind. July 17.—The service rendered to agriculture by the state’s eight CCC drainage camps and how the service can be improved ‘was discusséd today at a meeting of camp educational directors, superintendents and commanders at Purdue University. Speakers for today’s session (were to be J. H. Skinner, Purdue experimental station director; John C. Sutton, Bureau of Agricultural En~ gineering district engineer; Capt. F. R. Davies and Lieut. N. H. Shortridge, welfare officers; George F.' Buxton, Purdue engineer. The meeting began yesterday with a tour of projects completed by CCC drainage workers in nearby counties.
