Additions Are Made
Since the dedication, additional buildings and a lake have been constructed by WPA workmen from materials donated by Spencer County citizens. Monday is designated as Homecoming Day, and Tuesday is to be spent in tours of historic shrines and beauty spots of ‘the county. Wednesday, Kiwanis Day, is to be observed with a picnic in the village, to which evéry Kiwanis Club in the district has bean invited. Dedication of a marker in the city park, on which is inscribed the date the park was purchased and the names of city council members, has been set for’ Thursday. The marker is a’ gift of former Mayor Louis F, Weiss.
Play Is Scheduled

Phillip Lutz Jr. is to file an answer July 1 to the suit of Hoess Brothers, Hammond machine shop operators, which attacks the constitutionality ‘of the state gross income tax law.’ ; Validity of the law is challenged on 10 counts by the Hammond firm, which seeks to collect alleged overpayments of its gross income tax in 1934.
